The 42-year manufacturing heritage of the MND Gıda brand traces back two generations. My grandfather sold natural goods, including traditional jams, artisanal cheeses, and butter in Kayseri. I am the only member of our family who shared an interest in my grandfather's trade and chose it as my profession.
Although my grandfather had a major influence on my choice, the real reason I entered the food sector was my firm belief that food must be produced properly and according to tradition. I felt capable of doing this job justice, so I decided to step into the food industry—a sector open to continuity and growth—to build a long-lasting brand that would endure for my children and even grandchildren. Looking back now, I can see that I made the right choice.
While it is a true honor to speak about an enterprise that set out with a few traditional breakfast products and today manufactures 350 different items—providing a livelihood for hundreds of dedicated people—all of this reminds me to pause and reconsider two facts: 'What a great deal we have accomplished, and how much more lies ahead to be conquered...' Guided by our belief in our nation, growth, and continuous evolution through preserving our core values, we have consistently moved forward. We have embraced the modern era without ever leaving our traditional roots behind.
